TICKET RETURN

Please, note: no return payments for lost ticket!

Âîçâðàò áèëåòà ìîæíî îñóùåñòâèòü â êàññå âîçâðàòîâ íà ëþáîì âîêçàëå.

At returning tickets the commission dues and dues for reservation services are not paid back. Also, there is some deductions for each place is kept:
1. For individual tickets in one-way direction:
   • 50% of the price of berth (platskarta) at returning less than for 15 hours and more than 4 hours prior to train departure. The cost of services in cars with additional comfortable options comes back completely.
   • 100% of the price of berth (platskarta) at returning less than 4 hours before train departure, but not later than 3 hours after its departure. The cost of services comes back completely.
2. For group tickets:
   • 50% of the price of berth (platskarta) at returning less than 7 days, but not later than 3 days before train departure.
   • 100% of the price of berth (platskarta) at returning later 3 days before train departure including for return-ticket.
   • At returning tickets more than 3 hours after train departure, only places come back in the system.

At returning come back tickets in the place of ticket purchasing more than 24 hours prior to train departure, the complete cost is paid, at returning less than for 24 hours before train departure - ticket cost minus the price of berth (platskarta). The cost of services comes back completely.

At returning payments, commission due for return operation is 30 roubles.

A cashier has the right to return payments for 3 tickets for one destination station.

Paying back for group applications (6 or more passengers) is made in the claim way in Railway department.

All claims of passengers about ticket return should be declared to the place of ticket purchasing.
